Bold Brush Finalist - August 2010

I'm pleased to announce that "Secret Vantage" (#74 in the 100 in 100 project) was a finalist in this past month's Bold Brush painting competition. You can view the other winners here. Thanks to judge Brian Stewart for selecting my work!

    Congrats! Amazing moodiness and subtle colors. Love the one on today's Daily Paint Originals - Rocky Point Ridge. Very dramatic use of lights and darks and midtones. Love your use of secondary and tertiary colors.
